Sit Still collects nothing. It has no account, no sign-in and no server. Nothing you do in the app is transmitted anywhere, because there is nowhere for it to go.
All of it lives in the app's own storage on your iPhone. Deleting the app deletes all of it.
Sit Still uses Apple's Screen Time frameworks (FamilyControls, ManagedSettings, DeviceActivity) to shield apps during a session and during a bedtime window you set. It reads no Screen Time usage data — not which apps you open, not for how long, not how often. It only raises and lowers shields you asked for, on the device they were asked for.
With Reminders sync switched on, the app reads and writes its own Reminders list, plus any individual reminder you deliberately linked. That happens through Apple's EventKit on your device. Nothing is copied off it.
Save room as wallpaper writes one image to your photo library when you tap it. The permission is add-only: the app cannot read your library.
Sending feedback opens your own mail app with a message you can read and edit before sending. If you send it, that email reaches sitstillapp@gmail.com and nowhere else. Not sending it means nothing is transmitted at all.
There are none. The app contains no analytics SDK, no advertising SDK, no crash reporter and no third-party code of any kind. Nothing is sold, shared or profiled, because nothing is collected.
Apple may collect its own aggregate, anonymised statistics about App Store downloads and crashes under its own privacy policy. Those never reach the developer as anything identifying you.
alteraapps.com is a set of static pages served by GitHub Pages. It sets no cookies and runs no analytics or third-party scripts. GitHub keeps ordinary server logs of requests to it under its own privacy statement.
Sit Still is rated 4+ and safe for any age, but it is not directed at children and knowingly collects no information from anyone, of any age.
If a future version ever collects anything, this page will say so before that version ships, and the App Store privacy label will be updated to match.
